the production values on this episode suck! this is so cheap and low budget! ok. watch the animations of the characters moving through the woods at timecode... 15:45 that's the exact same background! the focal plane just changed. 15:56 exact same trick with a new background. 19:39 same trick!

I mean there was some interesting animation in 2016 and I consider that the weakest era detective Conan and that’s saying something

The animation of the vw beatle seems bad too

well the Beetle is CGA so... mmm... it is half decent because it is a static object that can be moved through the scene with minimal exterior changes (tires n such). but there's little reflectivity (mirrors windows etc) and little shine off the body or reactivity with the light source(s) from that location. so it is barely mid-tier level CGA.

Well dont now m8, if they want to use computer generated animations, then they could make it look like the older animations. They get the pros to reduce costs and work hours and good old aestethics, but idk, just an oppinion tho

Love this intro, reminds me of my favourite DC OP Revive (✿◠‿◠) It would've been nice if it had original footage to go along with it but I actually like the compilation of past OPs and EDs that accompany it, they chose good clips that fit well together

Wish they would have broght the old school animations from the 90's its heartbreaking how much the anime decays over time, emotions are gone, I have les and les feels with each new season.

***Btw, the leap in logic of this ep is when wounded are moved to a hospital with an ambulance, the dispatch operatives or the doctors inform the police right away if they see wounds like these***

new OP, ok... not bad song, i like it. very mambo/latin etc. but the visuals? ick! =P it's just a bunch of old OP animations and stills slightly artfully edited together with over-the-top digital effects added in everywhere... the visuals are crap. simply put. the guys at TMS must have run out of time for a new visual.
